Advance Engineering’s metal stamping and plastic thermoforming production facilities are conveniently close to major highways in the mid-section of North America making us strategically positioned to provide timely shipping and receiving to all our customers.
Advance Engineering has three production facilities.
 Redford, Michigan’s corporate headquarters is also home to one of our metal stamping facilities. It is here that precision deep draw metal stampings are done, in additional to tool manufacturing and R&D work.
 Advance Engineering’s largest facility is located in Northwood, Ohio, where 83,000 square feet of space is used for metal stamping. Industrial presses, ranging from 90 to 400 ton of force, are paired with robotic spot & MIG welders, part coating or plating and/or component assembly to provide customers with complete solutions for their needs.
 In Beaverton, Michigan our plastic thermoforming plant offers both single sheet or twin sheet operations, as well as in-line thermoforming capabilities.
