Headquartered in Southeastern Michigan, with production facilities in both Michigan and Ohio, Advance Engineering serves dozens of customers on four (4) continents.

With all of our metal stamping and thermoforming production facilities located close to major transportation hubs in the U.S. Mid-west, Advance Engineering is strategically positioned to provide timely shipping and receiving to all of our customers.

Advance Engineering has 3 Production, Assembly and Distribution sites:

Canton, Michigan
Size: 168,000 Sq. Ft. 

Our Corporate Headquarters is housed in our new Canton facility. With our move to this state-of-the-art facility in 2014, Advance Engineering has consolidated our operations in order to maximize efficiency, enhance quality, and to provide our customers the top-rated service they have come to expect. This facility is dedicated to our precision deep draw metal stamping, progressive die stamping, and line die stamping, including Progressive, Transfer, and Eyelet Stamping processes. This plant carries the ISO/75 169t9 certification, allowing it to handle both automotive and non-automotive projects. Our capabilities include full-service development support in Engineering and Quality, utilizing tools including Statistical Process Control (SPC), Production Part Approval Processes (PPAP), Failure Mode & Effect Analysis (FMEA), and DFMEA (Design).

Additionally, this plant houses a range of industrial presses with capabilities ranging from 50 to 400 tons of force, combined with robotic spot and MIG welding operations.


Beaverton, Michigan
Size: 36,000 Sq. Ft. 

This facility is dedicated to all of our thermoforming operation, which includes both in-line thermoforming to produce light- or medium-gauge, high volume products, as well as rotary thermoforming operations to produce more heavy duty, heavy gauge custom-made products.


Oregon, Ohio
Size: 80,000 Sq. Ft. 

Our Oregon, Ohio facility performs distribution, packing and assembly operations for Advance Engineering.
